Springtime

The grass is tannish. The birds. . . noisy.

The POD is . . . . rockin’ out, like it’s 2K9!

My latest: I am now doubling up my responsibilities as the Video Technician, as well, so please be aware that if I am not where I am always. . . I am ten feet across the hall.

Final Countdown

deedle-e do . . . deedleeat-do-do . . .

The countdown has started to the end of the fall semester. It is during this time of year that the facilities provided for students are pressed their hardest. Please schedule accordingly. Did you know that the POD usually opens before 10:00am EVERY DAY?

. . . do you know how many people are using it? Very Few, it could be you!

Additionally: Anyone requiring COLOR PRINTING should consider the possibility for delay and plan accordingly.

Changes

In an effort to make the POD a bit more pleasant we have added a bit of new lighting with more on the way. These lights are intended to reduce eye fatigue, which especially important as we move into the final stretch. The semester has gone quickly.

Most importantly Have a very joyous Indigenous Peoples Day. . . .aka: Thanksgiving
During this break the POD will be closed Thursday and Friday.

Holiday POD Hours:

November 24 Saturday 3:00pm-6:00pm
November 25 Sunday 3:00pm-6:00pm

Usual hours and schedule will resume on Monday.

The First Frost

This morning was the first morning where the grass had that oh so familiar white hue frost. Luckily the POD, for the time being is relatively comfortable. The semester is flying by and soon it will be over.

October 19, 2007

LongWeekend

The POD will be functioning as usual during the Long Weekend.

seriously.

Tribble Trouble

One would think, depending on their Trek acumen, that the POD has been over run by furry creatures. This is not the case instead Photoshop does not like printing to TABLOID.

It does work if you use Preview, however, this procedure is recommended until a solution is found.

Please report any specific issues directly to me.
